Start with the area you want to light. Measure the width and the depth or height of the surface, depending on how you will place the net.
A curved bush needs more netting than a flat surface of the same width. Allow for the shape of the greenery and plan the cable route to the power point separately.

Compare your measurements with the 2m by 2m net size. Lay out where each net will sit. Curves, folds and overlap reduce the area covered, so do not rely on flat dimensions alone.

Select the right transformer

What are LED net lights?
Net lights have LEDs arranged across a mesh of cables. You spread the net over a suitable surface to create an even pattern of light. They are useful for broad areas of greenery and supported festive backdrops.
How much space does one net cover?
Each listed net measures 2m by 2m when laid flat. The area it covers on a bush or hedge depends on the shape and how much you drape or overlap it. Measure along the surface you want to light.
Are these net lights suitable for outdoor use?
Both listed sets are IP44 rated and described as suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Follow their fitting instructions and check the outdoor requirements for the transformer and connections as well as the lights.
Do the net lights include a transformer?
No. These 24V net lights require a compatible low voltage transformer, sold separately. Select it to suit your total number of sets and check any lead or accessory requirements before ordering.
How many net light sets can I connect?
The product listings specify up to two sets with a compatible 20W transformer, four with a 40W transformer, or six with a 60W transformer. These limits apply to the listed net sets. If you plan to add other light styles, confirm compatibility and total load with our team.
