For gardening projects, we offer a site visit service to discuss the electrical and lighting requirements of your project. An invaluable opportunity to benefit from our extensive garden lighting design experience.
Do we offer a lighting consultation service?
If you have a new extension, home or business, we will create a solution matching the aspirations of your lighting project which also complements the architectural design of your building. We will meet on site to walk through the project, develop a lighting plan and budget.

How can I make an order online?
Ordering online on fantasy lights.com is very easy and quick. Find your perfect light and press add to cart button. A pop up window will appear with checkout and continue shopping buttons. You can add as many products as you want by pressing continue shopping button or you can press checkout to move to billing and shipping section. You can find your added products on top of the page in a basket.
Do I need to register for placing an order?
No, It is not necessary to register to place an order. You can place an order as a guest by selecting checkout as guest option.
Can I contact you where I am considering buying a large ticket item?
Please do not hesitate to contact us where you are considering a significant lighting purchase. We will take you step by step through the key decisions in choosing the correct lighting solution for your home.
What payment methods you accept?
We accept PayPal Instant Easy, Secure and safe payment through encrypted 256 SSL technology.
We also accept All Major Credit/Debit Card.
Payments must be paid in advance before processing the order.
Are my Credit and Laser Card details safe?
Our reputation depends on providing a secure safe payment processing system. A redirect payment gate 3D Secure 2.0 is used to process the payments provided by Global payments. Transactions are encrypted with the 256 SSL technolody which boost the security and authentication for the shoppers to give a fast checkout process.
How long will it take to receive my order once it has been placed?
The processing time of Orders are 2-3 business days. Products that come from Europe can take upto 10 working days and customers will be notified in case of any delay in delivery.
In case of high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email or telephone.

We deliver all over in Ireland and in UK.
What is the cost of shipping?
Orders over €50 in Ireland is free of cost. We use Pony Express for the shipment.
€4.95 shipping on orders under €50.
Collection from store is free.
Will my order be shipped safely?
Lights are obviously a fragile product. We have researched the best packaging methods to ensure your order arrives safely and exactly as it should. If you experience any problems with your package when it arrives, simply give us a call and we will rectify the issue immediately.
Do you charge for duties, taxes and customs?
Fantasy Lights is not responsible for any taxes or any customs. Customers are responsible for all the shipment charges (tarrifs,duties,taxes etc).
Can I return a product?
We hope that you are happy with your online purchase from Fantasy Lights but should you wish to return an item, we will issue an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery.
The product must be new, unused, be in its original packaging with product tags still attached, and you must contact us for approval to return the product –stating which item you wish to return and the reason for which you are returning the item.
Product must be returned to our store on or before the 14th day after receipt of the goods. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days. All returned products will be credited to the purchaser’s original method of payment, excluding any original delivery costs.
What do I do if a product is damaged or faulty?
To report any damages, please do so within 48 hours from receipt of goods. We advise our customers to check all items immediately after receiving delivery. Claims for damaged goods cannot be accepted outside this period. Depending on the fault we may be able to issue replacement parts.
All goods supplied by Fantasy Lights are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. If an item has failed, please contact our customer services team at 01 4601052 with details of the product and the fault.
