Operating mode 1: Long press the button for 2 seconds on back of the fitting for continuous 55lm warm white light.
Mode 2: RGB alternating mode (short button press when in mode 1).
Mode 3: Freeze RGB colour mode (double click the button when in mode 2 and colour of choice is on).
